I have my exams in another 15 days, and I feel frozen. I can’t do anything beside waste my time watching videos I don’t even like. It upsets me, yet I feel like my anxiety has a strong grip on me. What can I do to be more focused? More determined to work through the anxiety?
Listen to music? You know the old ones. And try to get some sleep. Well that’s for my opinion only it works for me and I hope works for you too.
