Guys how to stay confident! 
So I just came from my tuition, i don know i will so anxious an hour before tuition. Like i can't calm myself , i keep thinking about what will happen and how. And when I reach there i feel nervous like people might be judging me and all. Today i got my answer before everyone else and i said it loudly, and right after I felt like death just passed me. My heart couldn't stop beating. And now I guess i said it nervously. 
It's not only abou tuitions but schl and other public places too! 


3am Thoughts

I used to run 10-12km non stop daily and then do my boxing workout but since two months i dont have the energy to do anything..... My energy levels are decreasing gradually by exponentially.... Now even when i come home from market in exhausted and unable to move for some time.... And i even lost apetite, before i was about to eat 6 7 rotis with rice too... Now i force myself to even eat 2.... Im not depressed...i don't have and psychological issue....its physiologocal i assume.....i told my dad that im feeling week nowadays... He just says that "itna workout krne k baad bhi kamzor hai".......im not in a good shape... And its effective all aspects of my life

Current Affairs

Passing through my young teens. And have been a really nice student upto my previous session but this corona and online class thing has destroyed my schedule. Yea, you guessing right it is me who is not so disciplined now. Eg, I get recordings of my class and now I am running 1 week behind than everyone is. I am not just able to get on the track and be really obedient, I don't feel like being too good. Which lowers my score and brings too much anxiety! Everything seems really tough even tho it should not be when I am just 15

Crush

I dropped out last year. I'm mentally unstable. I've been dealing and fighting demons since the day my parents neglected me. And that's even before I was born. I'm pretty sure if my grandparents aren't religious, my mother would've done abortion. Let's not talk about the one who had released those sperms because he's never even there in the first place. I grew up with my grandparents along with my 2 neglected sisters, too. We are very poor. My grandpa recently died and my grandma's pretty old. My uncle is jobless and he's gonna have his own family anyways. My aunt's hardly supporting us because of her work. It isn't just financially tho but striving so hard, barely living, got my grandparents and uncle worked up. They've told us bad things. I've treated them like a family but my grandparents had always repeated, "you're just adopted. If not for us, u could've been anywhere more or less in cemetery." And that's quite depressing, yeah. They've told us words that cut through deep in our hearts. I had been bullied way back middle school and was really really down. They laughed depression. It was no joke. But they made and sound like all of it's a joke. Nevertheless, my life seems to be joke in the first place. Going through teenage years wasn't helping. They've prohibited my freedom because of my mother's mistake, which was me of course. They've called me names. Names u wouldn't even imagine hearing from a someone you've treated like a family. But I couldn't hate them cos honestly, I'm very grateful. It's just. I've dealt everything all on my own. I've been suffering. Yet. No one understands me. No one asked me. If I'm okay. If I'm doing fine. If I'm still alive.

Then, covid came. Which didn't help cos it just made me so down. It was bringing me to hell. I have no one to tell all of what I've been going through my whole life. I have no friends which I don't bother that much because I just think it's pointless when they're gonna leave you anyway. I have my closest cousin tho but she's dealing something, too. I don't want her to think about mine when she has them, too. With all of the things happening, I dropped out. Not wholeheartedly. I didn't regret it tho. But tbh, it made me so sad. That I have to drop out when I should get myself together and study hard and live the life I really deserve. My batchmates had graduated while me, still unsure if I'd go back to school because my family's not in the right state rn. So am I.
