Well you can ask her to respect boundaries? Or tell her certain things make you uncomfortable?

Well you can ask her at least for socials. No harm in that, plus ask her to meet you outside work just for brunch or anything that sort, but please make sure you can trust her before anything like this, have a shield of detachment with you so that you won’t get hurt even if you find out anything problematic in future.
