I have isolated myself from people since one year but my condition is getting worse day by day .Now I have started getting annoyed by my family. I feel that no one loves me , I am a bad person. I always had a feeling of hatred inside. What can I do?

Pick up 3 things you want to improve on and focus on them . It could be learning a new subject or doing a life style change . Every day post getting up write those 3 things in diary and before sleeping tick mark them … give one month target . 1st April to 1st May . You will see the change . Stop thinking about everything else from now . Β It’s about self improvement which will cure you . And make you proud
