3am Thoughts

Extremely sad and disappointed. I think I was in an abusive relationship, engaged and living together for 5 years almost. So many travels, adventures, day to day loving moments and commitments, we really were best friends. But he had a terrible temper. In the end, the temper got the relationship but I just discovered he probably was cheating on me for 2 years. He really pretended or appeared to be honest, loyal, and really had a strong stand against cheating partners. Terrible temper, but never did I imagine he would be a liar and cheater. To this moment he doesn’t know I found out and is still telling my friends he is heartbroken, misses me and loves me. Just “the relationship couldn’t go on like that”. He told me through message, after 2 weeks of no contact, that if I ever want to go back but now lovingly and mentally healed he would be where he always is…..he kicked me out, I didn’t even leave on my terms. 

Boyfriend

#33..........Something was unusual about him. Normally he isn't someone to post pictures that much. But now he was posting too many pictures, that to almost every other day. Remember I told you I was just liking his pictures...one day I decided to text him. He replies very fast to that message. We talked for a while and then he decided to tell me why he ghosted me for so long. He said he started liking me but somewhere he knew he is someone who will not be able to maintain the relationship. He tried justifying himself. But in my mind all I comprehend was "He is afraid of commitment". 
I didn't wanna be with someone who always keeps me in an uncertainty. So I told him. I don't want a relationship with him. I acted like I didn't have any feelings for him and that I was good being just friends with him. Though I was hurt because I liked him but I said that to him just to keep him around. He understood that and after a week of awkwardness we again started taking normally like we used to in the beginning, when we were just friends..........(to be continued)

I am currently having issues in moving on, recently got the news from my loved one that he cant marry me because of his family situation, his family wont allow due to social stigma. I have been with that guy for 5 years now, and it kills me everyday when i think that i won’t have him. Our love was literally like some fairy tale. The way he cared for me , the way he protected me and so many little things.
Its just so hard to let go of that kinda guy.
I love him so much but i just cant have my
Future with him. And it seems that he has already moved on because of his family, i mean ofcourse, when family says something serious, you gotta listen and
Do accordingly. 
It hurts a lot. A million little things we used to do, i cant with anybody else. I just cannot imagine doing anything with anyone. 
5 years of relationship ended SUDDENLY.
I know he loves me too but he gotta stick to his family which I respect. But i feel so jealous the way he is gonna make his wife feel. He is so kind and gentle and caring. I am not even able to think about my future. 
How am i gonna tell my family that i cant marry anyone else, i just love him so much.
It’s like i am being unreasonable now because i just want him so bad and he is ready to move on.

Breakup

I have been in a relationship twice earlier. Both of them broke my trust. It was really difficult for me to trust somebody again. During my lat relationship, when it almost ended, I came to know that one of the closest man in my life also did something similar (he is family member). This just broke my heart, I had no hope for love, commitment and trust into somebody, especially men! Since then I am suffering from depression and anxiety issues. It took me almost 2 years to realise and process what all is happening with me, I am now much aware about these conditions and can help myself at times.

But while I was into all this, I met a guy at a friend’s wedding. I had seen him earlier in the same common friend’s stories too. So I was trying to see whether he is the same guy or not. Then after the wedding he sent me a friend request, we chatted for almost whole night, 5-6 hours at a stretch. Exchanged numbers and talked for almost 2-3 hours. We instantly vibed! I dont know why but I had an amazing feeling and he felt the same. We met the day after, spent almost 5 hours together and felt amazing!! We chatted for almost 2-3 hours the same night. We met again on the other day, spent 3-4 hours again! The connection was instant and I was already in love with him. But he wasn’t sure about it because it was just 3-4 days and he felt like I am getting serious for him and he isn’t. He told me someone left him after being together for 6 years, it was long distance and did not work. So he was afraid as might have to move out cause of his career choices. That was the reason within a week he said I don’t think I am ready for any sort of relationship right now. Thats it! It was a long text and everything was over. Did not even felt the need of meeting and talking things out. I felt devastated and it was so disheartening because the way we had a time together was totally different then what we were going through that time. I felt bad about the fact didn’t he feel the need of meeting and talking things out and giving a closure so that we both can move on in our lives, it might have been easier than what I am feeling right now! 

Now I am very much afraid to even like someone. He being so mature and understanding person, can do this then how do I trust people now. Whatever I felt with him, was something I use to fantasise about, I never thought I would meet somebody who would be that much compatible to me. But then destiny wanted something else, altogether. Everything was finished on a message note! 

Memories

Missing my ex today out of the blue. Everyone is getting married from my batch. He might be engaged by now. It has been two years since things ended between us and the relationship was toxic. I have been single since then because I was working on my attachment patterns and mental health so I don't end up with someone like him again. Plus I didn't put myself out there in the dating world really. Growing comfortable being on my own. 
But today I'm getting flashbacks of the good and bad times we went through. It's a bittersweet feeling.
I thought of talking about it to a friend but the dude is hated by everyone in my circle because of what happened between us. And people just change the topic and won't let me finish thinking I will be unable to handle these emotions. I just wanted to acknowledge and process this out of my mind. 
I hope our paths never cross Akshay. No hard feelings though. Thank you for the lessons. I owe my growth to your actions. I'm not being sarcastic here. You have inadvertently changed me from within for the better. Thank you very much. :)
