I have depression and I did some mistakes in life for that I apologize. Abhi trigger hota h. And I can’t able to sit properly the whole day at my home. Whenever I try to sit or take a rest in bed I always got thoughts that force me not to sit or sit again could you people tell me is possible for you not to take rest at your home the whole day? Especially when you are not working. Kr skte h ap esa mujhe detail me reply kijiye. Me bahut pareshan hu.

You can’t stop thinking, your mind has random thoughts thats how it works. You have to control or optimism how to let your thoughts flow, if you try to accept the thought as it is and don’t act upon it would disappear. What thoughts do you get

It’s not about boy or girl. I am in depression. Whenever I try to sit properly on the bed I can’t able to because jab bhi I try to sit properly or take rest my mind started unwanted thoughts or force me to again stand and sit back. Bar bar uth ke bethna possible nahi h. Isn’t it?
