I have been getting disturbing thoughts about death and always feel like life is short and going to end. This is making me weak physically and my anxiety is hindering my daily life activities
How do I overcome this?

Do some physical activities, make your mind and body busy, it will help you to develop your mind and your body… But if its serious, try to approach some mental health professionals, they know better what to do. Have a good day!
