I have been feeling drained mentally, emotionally and physically, I need to figure out what is going on and how to get out that state.

Maybe that’s because u had a shock, what ever u have been into emotionally, physically or anything, just don’t try to delete or ignore them, think about it. And let it out, cry, write what ever u want. And forgive yourself and remind urself who u are, best lucks
