I have been doing strangely good on my diet and I have lost around 11 pounds in a month. But I knew that I would mess something up for myself… Just one day where I find myself binging on chocolate and pizza, idk how to fix it because I am anxious about gaining all the weight back.

It’s ok to have a snack here and there, but if you’re really worried, try to limit the amount that you spend on treats? I hope this helps!! Sending hugs

Hi, I’m a victim of this. If you are losing weight you have to be in a calorie deficit right, so if you tend to snack alot here and there then make sure your deficit is higher.
