I have anxiety and childhood trauma. I have noticed this pattern in my relationship. Monthly once I get very insecure and overthink and pick a fight . And once the fight is over I feel more loved. I know I shouldn’t fight but once in a month I keep doing it. I asked my bf for reassurance but he said that he can’t keep giving reassurance if I keep doubting his love.
Good that you know about it. If you go in circle, you will always be at same place after some time.
