I have alot of great friends and I talk to them about my problems but itβs never enough. After being happy for a few hours Iβd go back to being depressed. I am honestly lost as to what to do.
Donβt worry this happens ,maybe coz we all are struck at home and the mood changes quite frequently! Make time to meditate ,listen to motivating podcasts and you favourite music!
