I have a problem of overthinking. I have some really good friends who are there for me but then again i am scared that they are anygry with me if they dont return my calls or reply to my texts. I really should learn to chill sometimes. Someone please help me out in this situation.😅

I feel the same tbh most of the times. You need to understand that sometimes people can’t be available. They may be busy,they may be down,they may not be having a good day or they’re probably just taking a break. It’s okay. If they are your real friends and they care about you,they will text you back or call you back. You’re not alone. It happens. Yes obviously sometimes you just can’t stop overthinking or worrying but you need to know you’re not alone. You will not be alone.
