I had one of the weirdest day in my life, I work in a team with bunch of people, I kinda like a girl from our team. The only issue is she ain’t my religion. Now that I listen to her speaking about some guy she is hooking up , pisses me off

When I see my prents arguing all the time just over senceless topics, I feel so sick I don't understand that feeling but tbh my body are shaking badly my brain are stop working , I dont know how to explain but i become so angry I just want to Scream loudly sometime I want to hurt myself. I try hard to not listen I used music with loud volume but nothing really work. I don't know this is sickness or just an insecurity but i know very well i'm not fine with this feeling and symptoms.

I've been feeling confused lately. There is a boy who likes me a lot but I stopped talking to him because he used to say that "you're not good looking & you're ugly". He said that twice. I can't block him became he is my childhood friend and when my childhood friend group will meet I'll have to face him. I know I deserve someone who accepts me as I am and not taunt me about the color of my skin. He flirts with me when we talk once a month even when I've told him that I have a boyfriend. I lied so that he can get over me. But now that I'm sick I've been missing him a lot. I've been thinking about him and I can't stop. Please help me and tell me what should I do. I know he is not good for me but I just can't stop missing him. Please I really need your advice.
