I have a mock exam on Monday and i’m really stressing about it and been studying non stop for it and another one on the Wednesday after it.

I really should take a break but I don’t have time to take one :/

What has always helped me is compartmentalize. Make a timetable, not on the phone, probably on a whiteboard or in a diary including hours of the day as well, and then stick to it ! I hope it helps you too! Good luck!
