Exams are ahead the mind is full of different thoughts , can't concentrate, feeling extremely bored, there's this guy whom i like but i want to get rid of it. My relative died a couple of hours ago... Ughhh it's so frustrating missing my village and I want a vacation from all these things

Anyone else preparing for CUET 2022-23? 

Stress

I'm preparing for competitive exams but I don't know why I study for 1 month and I'm at my best. I'm not studying at all and I don't feel like studying. And when I do study it's like one day it's good but another day I don't want to. 
How do I overcome this. I feel guilty for not studying but even then I'm not studying and it is very important for me to focus.
What should I do?

I really want to study hard and achieve my dream but I keep getting distracted
I don't know how hard I try but my mental health is never by my side it always comes in  my way
