We had a talk, the relationship was started with a word casual however it was never he was the one who started saying those words everytime,

Tell him you done with him. He cant commit to you and you need commitment , theres mismatch of expectations and its non-negotiable on your end. He better step up for it or move on . He cant keep doing it all the time. If you know his friends or siblings, tell them about it as well. If he reaches your house, you reach his too for help

He afraid of commitment or unsure about future with you. Afterall big decision to make as life partners.
I should be the one thinking all these stuff but I think love is enough
Because we have family, and marriage is commitment which most of the guys are afraid of
