me and my bf had a healthy relationship that lasted a year then he broke up with me but we knew it was just gonna be a short break then 2 weeks later we got back together but a month after that i was so scared he was gonna leave again i ended up leaving but we talked it out and ended up getting together and we've been rlly happy again and set more healthy boundaries but i'm scared to get too attached again because i still have that small gear that he's gonna leave again and i don't know what to do. i don't wanna talk to him about because after we broke up the first time i was overthinking bad and i was overwhelming him and i don't wanna do that again but i don't know what to do.

How to stop expecting EVERYTHING from a person who was a BIG DEAL to you, whom i loved so much and i love him still.
I feel so empty without him. Its so hard to even see any future without him, i feel so lost like i dont even feel if i HAVE MY OWN LIFE. I feel nauseous. Whenever i try to play some sport, i feel nauseous and my stomach starts burning because with my heart so heavy, its literally hard to do anything at all.

Me and my boyfriend were in a relationship for 3 years, we broke up last year in December 2020. We still use to talk because we weren’t able to move on. And then we completely stopped talking. We broke up because our parents were against our marriage. We loved each other. my boyfriend keep promising that we will be married sooner. every time I ask about marriage, he keep giving excuses. saying this and that.
