i hate that i always feel anxious over nothing.i feel anxious when i eat,drink,sleep,watch movies and when im showering.how to get rid of it? istg it so tiring
When ever you feel anxiety try to think happy moments that happened in your life.
And try to divert as much as possible with other thoughts.

Accept emotions first. It’s okay not to be okay. Calm yourself first, drink water and go on a walk. When the body is ready for communication, ask what was the root cause of the situation and try to avoid that next time. I’m no expert but a victim of anxiety myself, this is something that I do:)
