Listen to bts music
Also stop comparing urself with others cause moon and Sun can’t shine at once they have different paths , they shine whenever it’s their time so just love urself , ik that you are enough, love urself stay happy stay safe my friend!

First of all there is no one in this world is perfect , we often want what others have but we fail to acknowledge what we have so it might be like the traits or personality or anything you have might be wanted by someone else so be happy what you have ,stop wasting time comparing with others just enjoy this beautiful life and enjoy everyday.

Uplifting music I agree BTS is soo good with that…actively try to reverse your negative thinking into positive, I’ve very well underestimated this…there is always a good thought that can counter act a bad one…the warmth you feel toward yourself giving yourself love, you can literally feel yourself growth when you treat yourself gently…only you know what you’ve been through and that’s between you and yourself…I find myself reversing my thoughts and get butterflies as if a cute person was staring at me…love yourself truly, with good and bad
