i hate my life right now , i am anxieted every bit of it . I have taken the most bad decisions this year and i just need a break from all of it . how do i compartelise. what should i do . i dont want to wake up crying , i am so frustated . i am eating a lot , please send good vibes to me . i cant deal with this.

You know similar thing happened with me. I struggled for a month completely. As the time passes Iam trying to forget.
Something which is happened already. It should not create a new problem again.
Think about it.to get rid of something we fall into another wrong thing. We have to get out of the feeling by our own.
