There are people who care about you. We don’t show it but from our heart we do care. If you are feeling low talk to your friends and tell them how you feel and they will tell you how important you are to them.

Accepting your body the way you are, is the first step to confidence. Never compare yourself to someone else because you will feel insecure and that’s not what you want, right? Everyone has their own ways of handling their body, you are too doing it. If you feel you wish to improve for yourself then start working on it to make yourself better and free from any health issues which may occur in future.

They way you are feeling, let all of these come out. Talk to yourself why are you feeling this way, the possible outcomes, how can you tackle them and how much you want to let them go. All these will make you feel light and better with your emotions.
