I’m sorry to hear that but you really need to work on that. What will happen if you die. What is guarantee about after life. What if you again born as a human and face same problems? So insted of being harsh on yourself why don’t you try to love yourself and find solutions of your problems. Do something which can remove all your doubts. We already have people in life who don’t like us or hate us. Atleast you love yourself. Self love is really important. So set other things aside for while and focus on yourself.

You read stuffs. You read article where people talk about their thoughts and how did they overcame of that. Watch YouTube regarding same. You can read some self help books because they are some great source. You can try doing things you’re interested in. It could be painting, fashion, cooking, outdoor games, fitness or anything. Start writing journal. So that will help you to distract and motivate at the same time.
