In a situationship coz I can't get over them.

My boyfriend is an airforce officer and I am a medical student ! In this pandemic situation,my study is going on in online ! This is so frustrating! I get so much spare time with myself! On the other hand ,my boyfriend’s defence duty is still going on during this pandemic and he is always busy with his works all the time as before ! We are in a long distance relationship and we barely can communicate with each other ! I try to understand his situation as he remains always in a busy schedule! But my patience remains only for 3-4 days ! After that I can’t tolerate his busy schedule ! I really want to talk with him but he goes to sleep early because he gets tired after work and don’t have time for me ! It makes me really upset! I try to distract myself by doing other things but still I check my phone after 2-3 mins if he has messaged me or not ! And I see there is no reply yet ! This thing is disturbing my focus on study and daily activities! I don’t know what will make me  happy except him talking with me ! I just want a good communication with him ! That makes me happy most ! But he is always busy which feels toxic sometimes! I don’t want him to feel that I am an obsessive girlfriend but this is getting worst ! 

Long Distance Relationship

New to this app. this boy and i are in love is what i think. he is my neighbor and we go to the same yg. and we used to hang out every day. my parents love him and his mom used to love me. well recently since me and this boy have been growing closer his mom stopped us from hanging out at all. we only see each other on Sunday’s and Thursdays from events we both go to. we text all day but my parents have tried talking to her and she is just ignoring them. it’s making me feel like something’s wrong with me and i’m constantly overthinking it. me and his mom used to be so close like she texted me and asked how i was doing everyday etc. i just don’t know what to do.. any advice?

I wished my significant other can show more that he cares? I know maybe it's hard for him to show it through text and we're both students and we both get busy especially now that we're both having tests.   
But it feels as though he's fed up whenever I'm not in a good mood and that always leads me to try to comfort myself faster so he'll feel better instead. 

Whenever I tell this to my friends.. they would make me feel as though I'm not considerate of him and that I should leave him be because he has his tests going on. So, I always put the blame on myself and think I'm not being good enough and I that I should understand him better. 
 
I'm not saying he's a bad person. He is considerate in his own way and he does make me happy. It's just I wish on days like this where I feel the most depressed and in need of comfort and affirmation, he'll be there..

Why is it so difficult to except reality? Why lies are so beautiful and feels so real? Why genuine feeling hurt at last why? Why it is so difficult to unlove some? All these questions kills me everyday. From last one year everyday i am crying while missing him . We were not even dating still  seeing him with someone else kills me . When u have childhood trauma and after that you fall for someone that that person doesn't love you back . It kills desire to be happy. He was first person who ever made me feel cared and protected.and now he is not a part of my life . He was not just my first love he was also like family to me . Why this hurts like hell . I want to die .
