I'm not sure how to help- you can birth it and put it up for adoption. Honestly. Just go with the flow and see how you feel about them after 4 or 5 years

3am Thoughts

I feel like nothing. I feel empty. I feel tired. I feel lonely. I feel exhausted. I feel like drowning. But no one knows. I know how to comfort people but I don't know how to comfort myself. If you know how, please help me. I've been needing this for a very long time. If you'll ask, 'why can't you just tell your friends/family?', well it's because I don't know how to do that either and also, no one asked me if I need help or am I okay. I want to overcome my fear of sharing my thoughts to others, but how?.

Happy

Many people on here tell me to just get over my problems. A lot of the time, it’s not a good thing to say that to someone with mental health issues because it is not an overnight thing that could disappear the next day. It takes time. It takes courage takes energy to try to work things through. It is not something that could disappear overnight. I am going through a lot right now losing Meredith has taken a toll over my mental health. I am grieving. It is not something that I will get over tomorrow or the day after. It takes time. It really does. But when people tell me that I should get over it, I don’t feel like I am being supported. Mental health issues. Do not disappear just like that. They don’t. They just stay with us and all we have to do is to learn to live with those issues. Even though it is really hard, someday, the happiness will return, but again it will not get better overnight or even the day after. We all have to work through different mental health issues and support one another. And I know that a lot of you already got tired of me posting a lot about Meredith. I understand that that is very boring, but now because I lost her I feel like this app is like a diary that I can write in. ￼￼￼￼
