I'm not sure how to help- you can birth it and put it up for adoption. Honestly. Just go with the flow and see how you feel about them after 4 or 5 years

idk how it makes sanse but I don't feel lik I'm me right now. I saw a video of myself and for some reason I don't feel like me it's like I'm not the body I'm in it which is weirder because my soul and bosy are one together but I'm suddenly seeing it as a separate being bc I saw myself from another perspective. when I think something now it feels like this is what "she" would think not "me" I really don't like this. what do I do? 

I'm proud of myself for not feeling guilty after refusing someone anymore.

I'm 23 years old girl,please help me out I'm punishing myself on my head that I'm wasting time and energy and procrastinating not doing anything in my To-do list ,scrolling social media,finding motivation and techniques but able to overcome. Have low self esteem and thinking that I'm not worthy of my dreams . I'm suffering multiple health issues and not doing my job at best.
