I find very difficult to trust anyone lately. Fear of betrayal.. The thought they will leave me once i get emotionally attached to them. Its giving me pain to think i don't have anyone to rely on in difficult times. 

No. Cousins are mostly competitive. Nd i hv been betrayed by friends many times.

Everything is becoming so dark. Every person i meet gives me anxiety. "The betrayal can be repeated". , That's all my mind has to say.
How to trust someone? What is the meaning of trust? How to think that they won't harm you?
