I felt so lonely and anxiety due to quitting smoking.please tell me how to overcome the strong cravings.

Hey! First of all I would like to remind you that you took a brave step on trying to quit.
The initial period is gonna be so hard but once you manage to pass this period , it is gonna get better.
Read about how relapse/recurrence occurs and try avoiding it. Tell people around you that you took this step to quit.
- Try using chewing gums/ nicotex on doctorβs advice to reduce the cravings.
-Nicotine alone is not the actual culprit for the diseases we get due to smoking , the ill effects are due to the numerous carcinogens used to preserve that tobacco. Be mindful about why it is so harmful.
- Try meditation or breathing exercises when you are craving. A simple inhale and exhale few times will give you the same relief as smoking.
