Idk I sometimes act so stupidly in social situations and thinking of it makes me feel embarrassed.
Dude everyone goes from it just be careless and enjoy your life fully

It’s okay to feel like that sometimes. Even I feel so.
Let me narrate you an incident happened with me , till this date I feel embarrassed and stupid of myself when ever I think of it.
This one time me and my school friends were simply hanging out around the campus(residential).
Suddenly one of my friends tripped a lil bit , I mocked at her saying you are walking like a drunkard. And after few minutes I fell on the ground so bad that too in front of boys class.
Can you imagine that situation for girl?
And the worst part comes here
The girl whom I mocked at …she laughed so loud that everyone caught her attention just to notice me one ground !

Yeah it was but you could trun it around and simply swipe it off as a joke right? That’s what I do now
