I feel so stressed and burn out. I am frustrated with almost everything. i am too angry rn. Idk. I just want to blow off steam. It’s just a Mix feeling. Anger. Hurt. Frustration. Fear. I cant explain. Because it spins my head like nothing else. Gives me thoughts which don’t let me live. I need to calm down. Breathe. I have no one to hear me out. I just want to cry badly. But I have an exam tomorrow so i again need to pull off night and start studying.

Go to a room of washroom, lock the door
Talk with yourself , cry hard if you want to.
Have a shower if needed. But come back as the strongest humannn. It helps me, I hope it will help you.
