So what type of addiction are you all experiencing right now?

I've 2 problems. 1st is that I'm suffering from loneliness and second one is that I'm addicted to using phone for continuously and most of time I watch porn regularly. I watch porn two to three hours per day and masturbate 3 times in a week and I'm victim of nightfall also. I want to have sex but I've not any gf so my mind is always frustrated and I think wrong about girls who belongs to our family

I have perverted thoughts. 
I am addicted to Incest Porn.

I can't get off from by past , the guilt and regret made me really anxious and depres , i will never share this thing to anyone but i think i can do it here....
When i was 15-16yo alone and was discovering new things, i discovered a new thing called masturbation, suddenly i got addicted to it....and then once i was masturbating in my house by watching neighbour girl , there's a glass wall so i thought she can't notice me but then soon realised the wall is transparent, till that day my whole mental state changed....so much happened, now after 5-6 yr that thing still bothers me idk if she or anyone saw me doing such disgusting thing , but after that, i regret myself as a person, and the thought that my family not so rich but respected , i feel I'm disgrace to them , and what if she  or anyone noticed, it may be a trauma for her/them , and the image they generate abt me will be awful,...skip to this day I'm a social awkward person can't even make eye contact to anyone specially girls while having conversation bcs this same scenario always popup in my head then i get really anxious, guilt and regret....for me its a crime that i committed and can't get over it , i hate myself what i did, thinking all these things make me depressed, what if she noticed and if yes then im sure she had created a disgusting image, and everbody will think abt me, I'm not able to bear this guilt, what if this thing came out what will my family and everyone think, im already a loser and if this thing comes out I can't deal with it
