I feel so exhausted because I overthink a lot and it’s affecting me mentally and physically and it leads to anxiety, panic and all. And, overthink all the worst kinda scenarios and it messed me up so bad it’s been a long time since I have been dealing with this but now I feel tired and done. I don’t wanna be like this I want to live in the present not in my past or future. I feel stuck right now i don’t know how to help myself and be okay and be happy because I really want to be happy.
Be more socialize & talk to more people. Don’t be alone. Being lonely causing all these. Slowly you’ll be normal

I’m also in this situation. I think alot…I also started having anxiety because of that. When it happens I try to meditate chant some mantras. It helps alot
