I feel so depressed as I’ve multiple issues
Breakup before 5 years but not over it
Used to be happy pre lockdown but now things are changed (so much hair loss) causing me go in to more depression
Also I’ve no friends to talk with

Take up a hobby or activity you wanted to do for long, engage yourself, engage your time, make urself busy. Introspect, do things that make you happy, have ME time. Stop, relax and breathe. Things could have got worse, be grateful.
Yeah I tried it but Most of the time it’s family which doesn’t allow you to do things which I like not directly but indirectly
Try taking a break, to have some ME time. Talking to self is really important. Atleast meditate, use guided meditation available on YouTube
I feel you should try meditation .

Kinda have similar situation … life its tough … even i am figuring out ways to deal and quite satisfied with my efforts. If comfortable we can talk out our opinions and we never know somethings might help one another to get a better life and career.

I am also going through an phase where I unable to froget someone j love it’s been 2 years

But try to find happiness in small things m also trying the same
