Dr. Pal is one of the best youtube channels you should visit. Consume the contest which adds some value. And he is a gastro entrologist, and a medical standup comedian too. That man is a gem. Food vloggers or Dr. Pal? Dr. Pal, I would say. I have unsubscribed all food vloggers (And Family vloggers too who sell their privacy)

The influence and damage caused by food vloggers are huge. If you are hungry, and watch food vlogs, you will run to eat food. Even if you are hungry, you will feel hungry. And within 3-4 years, I'm sure, these vloggers will become patients, as they are consuming a lot of food. 

Dr. Pal adds a lot of value to your food habits. Go, and watch.
