I feel really anxious about everything. I don’t know what’s going on with me. I overthink about every single thing. I have started growing a lot of trust issues.
The person whom I used to trust blindly, now I feel that person is lying to me and I’m not able to trust whatever that person says.
I don’t tell that person but I’m unable to trust…🥺

I’ve been through the exact same situation so i know how you feel. It’s only natural that you’ve developed trust issues and anxiety. But you said that you FEEL that this person is lying to you about everything. Is it just a feeling? Or did you see or hear something that indicates to them lying?
That person is so sweet, I haven’t met anyone of this type ever.
All my life I have just been alone.

You know, either way open communication always helps. It’s going to be incredibly hard and painful. Things will not be the same. I won’t tell you that everything is going to be okay cause it’s not. But there is a possibility that you’re being paranoid and it’s a simple misunderstanding. If that is the case then the bond you guys have will only grow stronger. If not, you will have learnt a valuable life lesson.
God sends people into our lives for two reasons. Either as life long companions or a life long lessons.
But if you let your anxiety and trust issues grow without addressing it, it will do you no good. It is going to have major impacts on your mental and emotional well-being.
Hence, have a conversation and talk openly.
