I feel lost, I have no one to talk to, I canβt really express myself and I donβt have the courage to speak up about something whenever I try to do I feel choked up and I start crying and it really doesnβt work out. I feel empty and I feel like I donβt know myself like what my personality isβ¦ My brains just a mess
