I feel like we as human beings have evolved faster than our bodies. For one, the concept of menstruation and birth has changed so much. What was a given in the past is now a choice that one can individually make. Menstruation has got to be one of the most overlooked, understudies and complicated processes that even females cant wrap their heads around. Females across the globe have such varied experiences of menstruation. It baffles my mind so as to how casually it is taken indifferently when your insides are figuratively being ripped apart.
