there are oftentimes moments in life when you look down upon yourself and think about all the bad things that you may have done that have caused your relationships with others to fall apart.

but remember this; if they were truly there for you, they would have never abandoned you for such reasons; the true companions that will always walk alongside you on your endeavours through life will stick with you through thick and thinā€“especially harsh times.

pick yourself upā€“drinking is a temporary solution that does nothing but harm to your health, and can potentially further mess up your life. i know itā€™s hard but resist the urge to do so.

what i recommend is taking some time for yourself. re-immerse yourself into an old hobby, go out and start searching for work, and things will look up. friends and relationships are often formed through mutual means or common interestsā€“or out of pure coincidence.

iā€™m sorry to hear that youā€™re going through financial stress; it can be extremely hard to stay on top of things, especially in this pandemic which is currently basically draining everybodyā€™s pocketsā€“but drinking is never the solution. exercising is indeed a good way to work off stress, but it doesnā€™t work for everybody. try going outside and getting some fresh air. meeting new people is also great for your happiness and health.

iā€™m not great at giving relationship advice, but what i recommend is first trying to work things out with your partnerā€“unless theyā€™re toxic, which in that case, its harming your mental health and making you feel stressed. the best way to deal with this is to cut ties with them, and move forward. you will meet someone new eventually; someone who cherishes you and accepts you for who you are, and someone who brings you happiness instead of grief, and someone who makes you feel welcomed. if notā€“well, thereā€™s always cats (iā€™m joking, but cats are amazing)

you got this, warrior! <3
