I feel like Iโ€™m possessive about my cousin. We are not meant to have any relation but we did. It sort of happened. Now I feel possessive about him. It hurts me when he is taking interests in others. I feel like heโ€™s ignoring me.
I know that , I have a toxic behavior I really want to be a good cousin and a good friend to me. I need some help.

Hi!
You both had a thing. We tend to be jealous because itโ€™s human nature. Itโ€™s normal and you will be okay.

Try to divert your mind from him rather than devoting whole time. Tell yourself itโ€™s over and it was for the best. You can do this. Slowly but with time.
