I feel like I’m not good with my emotions, and I feel like that’s effecting my relationship with everyone around me, idk how to talk to someone about how I’m feeling in person. I’m scared of losing everything and everyone I love. I just want to be normal.
Try taking out a moment with yourself. Talk to yourself and think what “YOU” want and not what others want you to be. The moment you realise that you’re being yourself, you won’t be hesitant to share your feelings with anyone .
