Did serious relationship still exists?

My parents want me to go to the UK for my master's but I'm scared that i won't understand their accent, resulting in me not understanding any of my classes and I'll fail and waste all my parents money lmaoooo

Overthinking

I live with my grandfather and I am convinced that he somehow blames my sister and I for making him raise us in his older years or something. He gets angry for no reason and seems to believe that we hate him or something. He's constantly saying to "stop playing these games" and stuff similar when we make him angry. Things that set him off can be as stupid as not seeming as happy recently. When he's angry his favorite thing to do is compare us to our parents and saying we're just like them. He in general seems to hate us both and I'm starting to dislike him as time goes on.

I am feeling very weird. I have been going on for therapy since last 1 year. I feel my life has been on hold since then. Now, my therapy sessions have reduced but I feel my counsellor isn’t taking much interest. He never communicates about my situation professionally.  Since my sessions have reduced I have taken 4-5 disprin in a period of 10 days. Got 3 anxiety attacks. I told him when we met but he didn’t solve my issue. I feel pathetic right now. I’m living life on extreme end. I was diagnosed with prodome psychosis. I feel bad that how even my friends don’t check up on my mental health. Why does the society wait for anyone to take a bad step and then talk about mental health

Breakup

We dated for an year. He cheated on me in the first three months. Later we used to fight alot. At the end he broke up with me over a girl whom he used to call his bestfriend. 
Later that girl texted me saying that they are dating since 2-3 years.
He never loved me. I always an option. He used me. Besides mental torture, betrayal, cheating, lying and deceiving he also used me for sex. I don't know how to get over this. How can I be so dumb! How to get over this?

How can I help someone with body image, gender dysphoria, depression, Ed and ptsd? I feel like my mental health is holding me from helping my friend properly and I'm scared cause he's suicidal and I don't want to lose him :/
