I feel dat i am just a burden to this earth and my parents and wish i could end everything… but i am not having courage to do so …
I am just a weekling. Others might think my problems are not big and i am blessed to have the life i am having right now. They are right.
But right know at dis point i am feeling like a peice of shit.

I know they love me unconditionally. But i am hurting them with my actions… and i can’t help regarding dat. I am just a bad child. I dont deserve their love

Hey please don’t feel that way . Not everyone can fit in ur shoes. Whatever is ur problem . Big or small . It should be heard. I hope u find help . Please don’t think that way .

Hey… I have been there and I can totally understand how you are feeling… Yes it sucks to feel like this but I want you to never lose hope… You may feel weak now but after few years when you look back you will realize you were the strongest person you ever knew… Let me tell you something… You are soo important and you are valued and loved ❤️ If no one appreciates you enough, know that I appreciate you and Im proud of you for not giving up ❤️ Keep holding on and one day, trust me, you will feel better…

Few things you can do to feel better - Practice gratitude, spending more time in nature, mindfulness meditation. These things have really helped me get out of the dark place.
