I use antidepressants and for sometime I have this urge to take meds by snorting and it’s bad for my mind and body and it’s very addictive but I can’t stop this urge how do I stop this thought ..!
I can’t tell my family they will think I am some kind of addict or something so please anyone help if know the solution

I am 12 years old and and at around 8 years old I was introduced to pornography. And now I am addicted to watching it almost everyday. I know it’s wrong but I just can’t stop. And it’s even worse because in my religion, it is very strongly disapproved but I love the religion and don’t want to leave. Know one in my family or congregation know about this and I’m scared to tell anyone. And because of this, I always feel horrible and really stressed and sometimes I just want to end my life. I've 2 problems. 1st is that I'm suffering from loneliness and second one is that I'm addicted to using phone for continuously and most of time I watch porn regularly. I watch porn two to three hours per day and masturbate 3 times in a week and I'm victim of nightfall also. I want to have sex but I've not any gf so my mind is always frustrated and I think wrong about girls who belongs to our family
