Be angry, be intelligent, be witty, be klutzy, be interesting, be funny, be adventurous, be crazy, be talented - there are an eternity of other things to be other than beautiful. And what is beautiful anyway but a set of letters strung together to make a word?

Be your own definition of amazing, always. That is so much more important than anything beautiful, ever.

Mindfulness

Hi Everyone,

Just for some small context I have lost people in my life.
I am okay now and people suggested going for dating and all.
I matched with someone and have been talking for the past six months. I think the other person is really interested. But I fear that if I get attached to that person and if I lose out then I will not be good. 
I just don't want to go through the pain of losing people whom I am attached to again.
I am thinking about ending things. 

I don't know if I have just this feeling, someday I might get attached and lose out to that person ....

Should I be honest or give some other reason to end it ?


Anxiety

I've been gaining a lot of weight in the past five months. I want to reduce all the extra fat I've gained. Another thing is acne!!! Gosh I hate them. I never find the motivation to start working out. Is it just me or does anyone else go thru the same thing???
