I don’t understand how to deal with this issue.
I’m just 22 year old and I’m loosing alot of hair. Just like everyone else I loved my hair and did whatever it took to care for it.
But unfortunately it has been decreasing every year on year and this is hindering with my confidence.
My friends and people associated to me have made fun and keep reminding me to do something about where as I’m doing but nothing is happening.
I do not know how to deal with this stress related to my Self image.
I’m losing my confidence, I cannot focus on my studies and other work related responsibilities.

Bro. I have loss all my hair by the age of 24… and i m not lossing confidence at all. Look you have to accept yourself the way you are and the way you are being growing my age n experience. It is important to understand.

Let them Laugh. you have accepted yourself the way you are. Look yourself everyday in the mirror and say i m the best this not only says to your mind but that also chages our body language
I have the same exact problem… i am soo worried idk what to do… a gynaecologist prescribed me hairstim tablets but i have read some reviews on that saying it might cause more hairfall as a sideeffect… idk if i should start taking the medicine or not em so confused… please let me know if you know anything to stop the hairfall please…
