I did not talk to my parent all day today. It was refreshing. Got clarity on situations and things.

Life

2 weeks ago I resigned from my job. I could not take the mental, emotional and physical stress that I experienced. I sent a resignation letter that was effective immediately. However, just today, I checked my email and found out that the company sent me an email days after I sent my resignation letter stating that I was tagged as AWOL and needs to send them an explanation. I am beyond disappointed. 

Depression

Life is more than just a entrance exam ... I couldn't understand  before.. I panicked   a alot... I underestimate my health  ,mind...but now I'm accepting my mistakes and trying to  be the best version of me ...feeding my soul with lots of self-love and care... my inner child is loving it... 🙂💕 . 

Competition

Is it just me or you too feel that social media has become so close minded and toxic. People are going on trolling others behind this garb of social media and there are literally comment section wars, where people are arguing irrationally to prove their point.

Society

I am a 25 y/o guy. Today when I was alone at my home I started crying and couldn't stop sobbing for 1-2 hours. I feel alone and I constantly feel that people in my life are going to leave me. I am unable to sleep for more than 3 hours per day. I hate myself.  I slapped myself multiple times in anger. 

doesn't matter how much i try to divert my mind.., it always ends at where it all started

Can somebody talk?

I had a love with one boy before 2 1/2  years ago and after we break our relationship and after i had a love with another boy, i loved a boy for this 2 1/2 years in this 2 1/2 years we had a lot of probelm by the ex lover and we solved the problem. But again from the month of may my ex lover started blackmail me and i had a fear and i didnt tell this probelm to my lover who is loving me now. From the august the ex lover started me again talk to me but i have not interested to talk with him, he started blackmail again by the fear i said love you like this because of this fear alone. But now my lover didnt understand me and he left me.... This is the problem but i realize the mistake which i have done and i asked lot of sorry to him but i said to him i need u pls forgive me and give me a another chance like that i said to him.. And he is not interested to talk with me.....
