Anxiety

Mee every moment 

Having a really horrible day today… my daughter was recently diagnosed with a rare brain disorder and had a spinal tap today… she’s in a lot of pain with aftercare and I can’t help her… like I wish I could just take the pain away but I can’t … and my English bulldog killed my sons very old Boston terrier tonight too… everyone is grieving and in pain right now in my house

Mental Health

My dog died last august. She was my first pet and the first time I felt real love. She was a rescue and I only had her a little over 4 years. Most of the time it feels like she died this morning all over again. I haven’t been able to work or take care of myself since she passed. I throw up from panic attacks when I think about how long it’ll be till I see her again, if I see her again. I’m so tired of my chest aching and crying so hard I lose my breath. Nothing I do seems to help besides drugs and I don’t want to feel like that anymore. Please don’t feel like you have to say anything, I just needed to get that off my chest. I have no one to talk to about it

Depression

Everybody is gone and I am the only person in the house and it feels so lonely and big. It’s just me and my cat. Now I can yell that name Meredith as loud as I can and nobody will hear me. ￼

Happy

Never accept/consider a human being a god!

3am Thoughts

Within every heart dwell two dogs, a bad dog and
a good dog, both at battle with one another. The bad dog represents our debased tendencies of envy, anger, lust, greed, arrogance, and illusion.
The good dog, our divine nature, is represented by forgiveness,compassion, self-control, generosity, humility, and wisdom. Whichever dog we feed the most through the choices we make and the utilization of our time will empower that dog to bark the loudest and conquer the other. Virtue is to starve the bad dog and feed the good dog
