Sometimes we believe that we are not close enough or important to someone. I feel that you don’t express much. People obviously couldn’t understand who is non expressive. Others used to think that if someone doesn’t express their pain, then they decide it’s not hurtful for the person. Don’t worry you can share here. People will help you. Start being transparent with your emotions. It’ll help

Yes I find it hard to express. I fear if they don’t feel the same. What if I’m the one putting more efforts?! That’s why I tend to keep emotions to myself and things bottle up inside me😞

You know that you used to take much effort than others. So stop valuing undeserving people. If some takes much effort to be with you or retain you then you value that person.
I don’t express much, so I can feel how you’re now.
These are the questions I ask to closed ones. Their answers used to make me feel better.
1. Will you take a bullet for me?
2. Among all your friends, how close I am to you?
3. Prioritise your friends including me?
As of now start with these.
