Last night i had fight with my mom over using phone and i raised my voice..she got hurt and stopped talking to me. I tried apologise with my mom but she is not even ready to talk..and i feel like i lost the whole world and ended up this way😭😭

Anger Issues

He compared me to his ex, I hate that. I hate it in general when people compare to other people. It reminds me of them, how nothing I do I really good enough and how I can always be as good this person and that person. But this time, Kai said it like I’m a terrible person. I asked how and he hasn’t spoken to me since. Alcohol has been my best friend since, I miss him. And I think I love him, he told me he loves me, but if you really love someone would you ignore them? I’m not entirely sure, my parents love was harsh and sometimes cruel, they said they loved me tho. I don’t know what to feel, I’m not going to beg for his attention, but gosh I just miss having someone to talk to. I wish he would tell me why he did that. Did I do something wrong? And if so what?

3am Thoughts

I don’t know how I feel. I just feel everything is wrong around me and with me. I can’t share anything with my parents because they never understood me. All they do is blame each other and start fighting. I hate it. I hate being at home. I can’t go out because my parents can’t take care of themselves. I am so pissed at me, my life and everything. I don’t know how to deal with so many things.

Anxiety

Lately my SH urges have been getting way stronger. Like I’ve tried all the regular coping mechanisms with like the ice cubes, rubber bands, but nothing is working the same and my recovery pen won’t be here till like mid august so what do I do?
