I don’t know when exactly my mind got this habit of keeping me awake till morning, but it’s been years. I told my friends about my insomnia but all they did was saying “same” or asked me if I should take sleeping pills. I know they want me to know that I am not alone by saying “same”, but I just feel awful when they said that. And I’m kinda queasy of pills and wouldn’t like to take them at all.
Is this normal to feel this way just by my friends doing that? How can I stop my insomnia? And is it mean to wish to have a friend to be there for me when the night gets lonely?

Hey… I feel waking up all the night is not good for health. I believe you should check it with doctor. I think some doc can give you better advice in this case. And it happens sometimes with me too(only few days) but as you said it is happening with you since many years, then consult a doc.

Hello, i think it’s a serious problem and you can’t ignore it. Since the problem is persistent since years, consulting a doctor is better. Don’t take stress for anything and stay positive. All the best.
