I don't know what's going in my life anymore as I'm 19 and my college has not started yet  and I am at home my mother asked me to do something because I was free so she advised me to take tuitions for kids it's going great but my mother  doesn't see my worth and I help her in all the house work which she asks me to do but still she isn't satisfied with it . I don't have any friend who will go out with me so basically I am at home so she thinks I  should do more and more work .I don't  know how can I  make her satisfied with me

Omg the thing you said about being at home and not being able to go out cause you don’t have anyone, I felt that 😭

I can't understand relationships, I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not able to get attached to anyone without feeling guilty about it or like I'm not enough. I always end up hurting everyone even if I don't mean to. I cry every day because I feel alone. How to act with people? How to find friends?

3am Thoughts

It's hard to be kind to your inner child and let yourself be when some elders and people convince you otherwise. 
When they always try to judge you and comment on you instead of understand ing. 
I feel a tad bit guilty for missing my support group meeting last evening/night which I really wanted to attend.. But also I was taking care of my ailing physical health. 

As much as possible, I'm going to be kind to myself. 
While the world and much of people I know might be abundant in their materialistic richness but lack compassion, kindness and empathy., I will try my best to believe in myself.. While holding space for self and some people close. And love myself and those who do. 
Take care of my health. 

And also see... Other s behavior doesn't talk about me.  I got to hold and shall compassion and hope for self.

My boyfriend just called me to verbally abuse me because he was pissed off that I told his sister he cheated on me lol

I still wondering why devi had seg with ban, but finally she had. Still waiting for next season 

I’m feeling sad af, I’m a senior medical student and I don’t want to even finish this career. 

Daily reminder: 

- drink some water lovebug you need to hydrate 
- please try to eat something 
- Take well needed breaks <3 don't overwork yourself 
- Do daily hygiene and necessities 
- remember that i love you and i care for you :)<3

Compassion

I’m a mid teen (15year old). 
I’m very confused at each and everything. I mean i know I’m a teen it is because of harmones but still.
Like i really want to think and plan about a good future by thinking of a suitable career but I’m not able to. I don't really have any passion for anything. 
Secondly since birth I’m really abd at communication. I really can't explain anything to anyone. I obvioudly don't want to be really good but still atleast the other person should understand that what I’m trying to say. There was only one person who was able to hnderstand what i really feel but now she is also not able to understand anything that i speak.
I’m turning into a emotional fool as well but i really want to be mentally strong. 
I’m an average srudent and i really want to improve my grades but I’m just not able to study and get any motivation. I really want to work hard and be successful but how?
Any suggestions guys??
Plz help me if u hv been through all this.
