I don’t know it feels miserable everytime when i am free i try to keep myself busy to avoid sadness

Do what you love when you are free, such as playing some sports, or watching television, or something that you love, talking to someone. These things will help you feel better, and the sadness will never affect you

I was in a relationship with a girl for almost 3 years and because of her family now we couldn’t even talk with each other and this happened many times but still we didn’t gave up and now it’s all over her family wouldn’t allow her to even talk with me
